Graphitized Petroleum Coke Production

1. Raw Material Prep: Crude coke crushed & sieved (0.15-8mm), metal removed.

2. Calcination: Dehydrated & desulfurized at 1200-1350°C in rotary kiln (fixed carbon ≥98.5%).

3. Graphitization: Loaded into Acheson furnace, electrified to 2800-3000°C for 48-72hrs to form hexagonal lattice.

4. Cooling & Grading: Air-cooled, then crushed and sized (0.2-10mm).

5. QC & Packing: Test fixed carbon (≥99.5%)/sulfur (≤0.03%), packed in ton bags or custom.
